Payment

I accept checks and money orders. Fill out order form and as soon as payment is confirmed your order will be shipped. Make checks payable to Lady Dragonfly Designs.
Personal information obtained from you is strictly confidential. It will never be shared, sold, published, or traded.  All returned checks will require a $30.00 fee.  If your order is shipped in Texas there will be a sales tax of 8.25% added to your price

Shipping 

I will ship order as soon as payment is received and the transaction is verified.  I ship via United States Postal Service.  Custom orders will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00.  I will notify you when I receive your payment, when I ship your order, and all questions will be answered promptly.  I ship all of my orders through USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.  I accept no responsibility or refund to lost packages if delivery has been confirmed.  USA Sales Only!  Lady Dragonfly Designs currently sells and ships jewelry only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.  No shipments can be made to APO or FPO addresses, United States territories or addresses outside the United States at this time.

 

Return Policy

 

I will be glad to issue you a refund (less shipping and a 15% re-stocking fee) for any item that you are not happy with.  To receive a refund, you MUST email me kswanson@ladydragondlydesigns.com within 5 days of your receiving the item. Refunds will be made ONLY within 10 days of your receiving the item, and any return must be shipped prepaid – no C.O.D.'s accepted.

Please return the item in its original unused condition (including attached tags) and a copy of the invoice.  Any jewelry returned damaged will not be accepted.  I recommend using the original packing materials and insuring the item.

If, however, an item is damaged in route to you, please notify me immediately and I will arrange to have the damaged item returned to me and I will send a replacement or issue a refund.

If you have a problem with your jewelry breaking, you must return it back to me in order to be inspected. Please notify me via email kswanson@ladydragonflydesigns.com before sending the jewelry back to me. I will return any items sent me without notification.  You must send your jewelry back to me via any secure shipping method with tracking.  Please return all parts of the broken jewelry. Once I have inspected it, if the breakage is due to defective parts, your jewelry will be fixed free of charge and return shipping costs. If the breakage is due to customer neglect I will charge you a minimum $20.00 labor fee plus parts if you would like me to repair it.
