Place a Custom Order
If you would like me to make a custom piece for you, please CONTACT ME by email kswanson@ladydragonflydesigns.com or phone (830) 857-5282 and I will gladly do whatever I can to carry out your order.
Please give me as much information as you possibly can in order for me to fulfill your order to your liking. Also a thorough explanation or picture of the piece you would like me to create would be appreciated. Please let me know if you have any deadlines for your custom order.
All checks will have to be cleared before I create your custom jewelry and/or ship your order. If you are paying by personal check, I require your full name that is on your check and your address. All returned checks will require a $30.00 fee. There are no returns on custom orders. You will be provided with photos and proportions of your custom jewelry before I ship it to you. If you would like to make any changes to your custom jewelry after you receive it, you will be charged a minimum $15.00 labor fee plus parts.
